Terms of Service
Rules and limitations for using the free WHA Spell Simulator website.
Acceptance
By using whaspellsimulator.wiki, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Fan project status
WHA Spell Simulator is an unofficial fan-made experiment. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the creators, publishers, licensors, or production partners of Witch Hat Atelier. Related names and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders.
Permitted use
You may use the simulator for personal entertainment, experimentation, education, and other lawful purposes. You may download images produced from your own browser drawing, subject to any rights that apply to the underlying names, references, or material you include.
Prohibited use
Do not use the site to violate law, infringe rights, disrupt service operation, bypass security, distribute malware, automate abusive traffic, or misrepresent this fan project as an official Witch Hat Atelier product.
Your content and responsibility
You remain responsible for the strokes, text, files, or messages you provide. Do not submit material you are not authorized to use. The core drawing tool normally processes strokes locally and does not require a drawing upload.
Availability and changes
The simulator is experimental. Recognition can fail, features may change, and the site may be unavailable without notice. We may modify or discontinue any part of the service.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law. Animated effects and spell rules are interpretive and are not canonical references.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the site.
External links and open-source components
External sites are governed by their own terms. Open-source components remain subject to their included licenses, including the MIT notice distributed with the integrated simulator engine.
